Customer Care Intern / Trainee


Christoph, Eric, and 36 cacao farmers from Peru founded the social business ‘Choba Choba’ in 2015. Choba Choba is the first Swiss chocolate company, which is co-owned by cacao farmers. Our team in Bern works closely together with the farmers from Peru to revolutionize the chocolate industry by rendering it more sustainable. Become part of our chocolate revolution!


You will contribute to make Choba Choba’s customer journey and experience unique and unforgettable. Under the management of Co-founder Eric Garnier, and in close cooperation with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Communication Manager, the Customer Care Intern is responsible for:

  • Respond to comments, messages and customer queries in three languages: GE, FR, EN, in a friendly, professional and timely manner
  • Collect/organize data, produce KPIs reports to support digital marketing decision
  • Responsible for the customer service tool (Zendesk)and process
  • Responsible for maintaining and optimizing the customer care process
  • Possibility to take on other projects

  • University Degree, main focus on business and communication
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Languages: Professional in German, French and English
  • Creative and keen to learn (fast!)
  • At ease in a fast changing start-up environment
  • Interested in social business practices
